In short: submitting a request commits neither of us to anything. What you share stays yours, what we show you stays ours, and each of us keeps the other's information confidential.

1. Acceptance

By using this site or submitting a request, you accept these terms. The site is operated by Magma Web ("we") in Montreal, Quebec.

2. An invite-only program

Submitting a request does not guarantee selection or a reply. The free review is a first look, with no obligation on either side. No partnership, mandate or business relationship exists between us until both parties sign a written agreement.

3. Confidentiality of ideas and information

What you share with us

We treat as confidential the non-public information you send us about your business: figures, strategies, projects, product ideas. We use it only to review your request. We don't disclose it, and we don't use it for our own benefit or anyone else's.

What we show you

Our methods, templates, analyses, plans and recommendations, including those presented during a review, remain our property and are confidential. You may not copy, distribute or give them to a third party without our written consent.

What isn't covered

These obligations don't apply to information that is public, that the other party already knew, that it obtained lawfully from a third party, or that it developed independently. We work with many businesses and develop our own ideas: our use of an idea similar to yours does not mean we used your information.

For sensitive ideas

Don't put trade secrets or sensitive non-public ideas in the form. If a deeper discussion calls for them, we'll first sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement.

4. Site content

The text, images, logos and graphics on this site belong to Magma Web. You may view them for your own use, but not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

5. No guarantee of results

Site content is provided for information. Growth results vary with each business, its market and its situation; nothing on this site is a promise of results.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Magma Web is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal. If the French and English versions differ, the French version prevails.
